A note on how we price: Kurios is bootstrapped since 2022 — pricing is not published because we scope every deployment to your role count, integration depth, and existing LMS migration requirements. Both tiers require a discovery call. We won't quote until we understand your workforce structure.

Kurios is quoted on a per-deployment basis scoped to your workforce size — not per-seat. Enterprise L&D for 1,000+ employee operators doesn't price the same way as a consumer app. Your quote reflects workforce headcount, number of job families configured, integration tier (Workday-only vs SuccessFactors), and compliance export requirements (OSHA/DOT audit trail adds scope). Degreed, Docebo, and Cornerstone all follow the same contact-for-quote model at this tier.

All tiers include an onboarding session where we configure your job family structure and test the Workday sync. Most customers are live with paths in 2–3 weeks. Enterprise tier includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager for the first 90 days.

Yes — this is a core design choice. Kurios is not a content marketplace. We are the system that routes your existing SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, and AICC packages to the right role and tracks completion. If your content lives in Cornerstone or another LMS, we can ingest packages directly or reference them via xAPI without requiring a full re-import. Bring your own content.

Most deployments are live in 2–3 weeks. The fastest we've deployed is 18 days from signed contract to paths live with Workday sync confirmed. The main variable is how quickly your Workday admin can configure the connection — typically 2–4 hours of their time.
