These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kurios platform operated by Kurios. By accessing or using kurioshq.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in courses. Our platform is intended for adults pursuing professional development. By using Kurios, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or transfer access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use at [email protected].
When you enroll in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes. You may not share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials without written permission from Kurios.
Organizations enrolling employees accept these Terms on behalf of their users. The organization is responsible for ensuring users comply with these Terms and for managing seat licenses and access.

Certificates are issued upon verified completion of the assessment requirements for each learning path. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine that completion requirements were not legitimately met.
Course and subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund inquiries.
All course content, materials, software, and trademarks on the Kurios platform are owned by Kurios or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that course content will meet your specific professional requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, Kurios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
